Who are we?
At Komate, everything revolves around growth. Our clients' and our own. We're a digital marketing agency, part of Kastori, alongside Blastic (development), Unform (design) and Kastori (strategy). Which means you're never working on an island: strategy, design, tech and marketing sit literally side by side.
We're looking for a performance/growth marketer who doesn't stop at "the campaign is live". Someone who makes campaigns deliver, sets up tracking properly and understands what lies behind the numbers, but also looks further: at the strategy behind the figures and the direction a brand needs to take.
What will you conquer?
- You build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, from audiences and bidding strategies to product feeds.
- You manage budgets and steer on ROAS, CPA and other KPIs that matter to the client.
- You set up conversion tracking and keep it sharp using GA4, Google Tag Manager, consent mode and conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, enhanced conversions).
- You test continuously: creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages, together with our designers.
- You analyse results, build reports in Looker Studio and translate numbers into concrete next steps.
- You think strategically about channel strategy, growth opportunities and the long-term direction for our clients.
What makes you legendary?
- You have at least 2 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, at an agency or in-house.
- You know Google Ads and Meta Ads inside out.
- You’re comfortable with GA4 and GTM, and you know how to track down a tracking issue.
- You think in hypotheses and experiments, and can explain results clearly to clients.
- You look beyond the campaign: you understand the strategic context and think about how marketing contributes to a client’s broader growth strategy.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- Experience with server-side tagging, BigQuery or SQL is a plus.
